Reservation/e-commerce staff

Requirements :

- Graduate from hospitality/ hotel management or related field

- Proven experience in front office, e-commerce management or related 

- Have strong understanding of reservation system and e-commerce platforms

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platform

- Good in English both oral and written.

Responsibilities :

- Managing and maintaining OTA of our property clients

- Designing and launching online marketing campaigns

- Make a strategic plan to increase revenue of our clients property

- Analyzing and monitoring the property's sales performance and online marketing strategies that have been implemented

 - Maintaining the security and confidentiality of costumer data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and related rules
