Reservations Agent - Rooms

Responsibilities:

• Handle all guest enquiries and rooms reservations in an engaging and professional manner
• Leverage reservation system and reply email according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
• Maximize rooms capacity in smooth service flow and to achieve the financial targets
• Update guest profile and database
• Perform other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Experience of reservations in international luxury hotels is preferred
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and structured
• Proficient in English and Cantonese, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
