Qualifications & experience

• Min. D3 any educational background
• Minimal 2-3 year experiences in food and beverage cashier
• Customer and Sales Oriented
• Excellent in math skill and communication skill
• Willing to relocate in PIK Avenue
• Can join as soon as possible. Urgently hiring
• Attention to detail, good player team

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or card
• Issue receipts and change to customer
• Upsell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Make a sales report after end of shift
