1. Job title: Waiters/waitresses (Code: FOH01)

Tasks & responsibilities
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
• Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
Requirement:
• Aged 18-28 years old. Responsible, good execution and communication skills, presentable looking. 
• Strictly follow the standard operation. Diligent and hardworking, have a high enthusiasm for catering work.

 2. Job Title: Cashier (Code: FOH02)

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and process their orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Strong numerical and math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

 3. Job Title: Greeter (Code: FOH03)
The main responsibilities of a restaurant greeter typically include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Managing the waitlist and seating guests in an organized and efficient manner.
• Providing information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions.
• Taking reservations over the phone or in person and inputting them into the reservation system.
• Communicating effectively with the restaurant's waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assisting with any guest inquiries or issues, and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized host stand or reception area.
• Upholding the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
