Position Summary:
Responsible for serving food and beverage in restaurant and retreat dinning efficiently and in a courteous manner.
Carry out all duties in accordance with task and description with reference to established rules and policies.
Perform any other duties as may be assign by your Leader
Essential Duties:
- Ability to ensure hotel's standards, policies, and procedures according to the standards.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Ability to focus attention on details.
- Ability to understand guests' service needs.
- Food & Beverage knowledge
Education:
- High School or Diploma graduated in Food and Beverage Department
Required:
- Possess a good command of the English language and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone.
- A genuine interest in people and food & beverage service industry
- An out going/ pleasant personality
- Able to work as a member at the team ( team work )
- Decided to maintain the high standard of cleanliness necessary in any food establishment
