Qualifications :
- Aged max. 35 y.o. At least graduated from senior high school in related field (Preferably majored ini Hospitality or Culinary)
- Having minimum 2 year experiences in F&B field as Store Supervisor
- Data-savvy and able to make decision for customer engagement and retention (such as programs, campaign, etc.,)
- Able to be an independent Store Supervisor who runs store operations
- Highly understanding about Operational KPI and Employee’s Performance Appraisal
- Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skill and highly initiative person
- Able to manage the whole team as a leader
- Able to work with high mobility
- Willing to work under shift schedule including weekend and public holidays
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
- Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
Job Description :
- Responsible for managing store petty cash, sales reports, and outlet cost efficiency
- Able to act as "the company's point of contact" to response and resolves customer’s complaints
- Ensuring the menu quality
- Maintain and ensure a proper maintenance and outlet inventory
- Creating outlet staffs working schedule
- Periodically evaluate service and kitchen staff’s performance appraisal
- Responsible for outlet’s stock opname implementation
- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of QA and operational internal audit results (HACCP)
- Ensure the implementation of monthly programs such as general cleaning and inventory
- Create and report operational activities to related users
