DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet and communicate with the Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager for any decisions made.
2.
Performs control and analysis functions for the following:
· Sales
· Cost
· Quality and presentation of food and beverage products.
· Service Standards
· The condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment
· Guest Satisfaction
3.
Maintain effective employee cooperative relationships and inter-departmental working relationships.
4.
Perform functions such as, performance evaluation, coaching, counseling and taking disciplinary action to ensure appropriate staff productivity and efficiency.
5.
Assist Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager in developing and maintaining outlet operations.
6.
Conduct daily briefings and other meetings as needed to get optimal results.
7.
Participate in necessary services in accordance with outlet standards and procedures.
8.
Assist Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager in the outlet administration process.
9.
Assist Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager in preparing the annual budget.
10.
Monitor the cost of all food, beverages, materials and equipment and ensure that service requirements are met.
11.
Ensure the implementation of general cleaning every month.
12.
To check the report in the log book and fill in all the requested details.
13.
Monitor the stock availability of goods to be transacted.
14.
Periodically evaluate each staff.
15.
Convey the policies conveyed by the position above to all employees.
16.
Set the employee's work schedule (schedule).
17.
Enforce the rules that have been set by the company.
18.
Troubleshoot routine problems that occur.
19.
Coordinate activities and tasks assigned by Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager.
20.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
