Job Descriptions :
- Supervises the activity of the restaurant services
- Maintain Inventory of all needed Supplies
- Manage the Work Schedules of our Restaurant’s Staff
- Check Quality of Food and Beverages served
- Assist in the Hiring and Training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Be Fully in Charge Managing and Training all Service Crew
- Appraise Staff Performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
- Respond to Customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Making Report Progress weekly
- Monitoring all Restaurant Area
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Leader Position
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Well-Presented and Professionally Groomed all the time
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management software,POS)
- Willing to be Placed in West Jakarta Area
- Willing to work late hours
