Bentuk pekerjaanThe Retail Operations Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the Store. They need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and marketing. They will manage the store's employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team. They will also hold regular team meetings to communicate with the staff.
General Requirements:
- Minimu 8 years experience in the same position in retail, especially the surfing industry.
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma from related fields.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Have data analysis skills
- Have a strong negotiating skill.
- Experienced in handling promotional events is highly considered
