Job Desk:
• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets and ceo’s KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training align with brand and business need.
• To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies.
• Drive sales at all department store counters and channels
• Initiate and execute sales promotion in order to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, coach, supervise and motivate retail staff with the objective to maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team stability and morale.
• Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
• To identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant.
Policy & Procedure
• To develop Retail Operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation i.e. standard services, grooming, salesmanship, display, merchandising, etc.
Requirements:
• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent oral and written in communications
• Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
• Possess organizational skill and able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
