We are looking for a Retail Operations Area Manager, specializing in sales, operations, and team management within the offline retail sector.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability across all retail locations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and take proactive measures to address issues.
- Improve store operations to maximize efficiency, from inventory management to staff scheduling, and loss prevention.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, minimizing losses and ensuring product availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness, visual merchandising standards, inventory management practices, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee store openings, closures, and renovations within the area, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilize strong analytical instincts to analyze sales data, GPM trends, and inventory values.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed and accurate GPM analysis, monthly reports, commission reports, and other relevant documents.
- Recruit, train and manage offline retail sales team
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to store teams to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Job Requirements:
- You are passionate about the Fashion Luxury industry
- At least 4-5 years in a similar Manager role within the retail industry
- Ability to drive sales and implement key sales strategies
- Proven track record of people management & team building
- Knowledge of Retail Operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management
