YOUR TASKS Retail Outlet Officer will be responsible for revenue generated from multi sectors customers from a geographically assigned sales territory, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting at new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities :

• To run and deliver customer-centric service in Retail Outlet
• Implement standardized guidelines, procedures and monitor store performance.
• Responsible for sales target by month and driven by selling incentive
• Maintain Retail Outlet Cash shipment data
• Coordinate and consolidate data between Retail Outlet to country office
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Implement store hours
• Be committed to integrity, persistence, and a people-first attitude
