Retail Sales Supervisor - Medan - Wfo - Sanitary Industry (Id: 602535)

Responsibilities: 

• Manage organization's sales by developing business plan including sales, revenue and expense control.
• Meet sales target from designated distributors.
• Set individual sales target and track sales target from designated distributors.
• Oversee activities and performance of sales team in designated distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing department on lead generation programs and promotions.
• Train and develop distributor sales team.
• Liaise with BD team to ensure distributor sales growth and showroom penetration.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management and Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Sales, preferably as Retail Sales in Senior or Supervisor level.
• Experience in working in Building Materials and/or Sanitary companies.
• Experience in handling and monitoring Distributors.
• Domicile in Medan.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to travel in Medan area.
