Retail Site Acquisition Assistant Manager

Job Description :

• Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.
• Survey and analysis location / feasibility study.
• Negotiation with landlord / owner / developer.
• Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking
• Minimum 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition field (retail  & opening mall background preferably)
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
