Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
• Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, and reporting.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on SOP
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the Brand products

Requirements:

• Maximum 50 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Master's is a Plus
• At least 2 years of work experience as a Store Manager/Supervisor, preferably from Building Material/Paint Industry
• Willing to work on holidays and full shift
• Willing to work in Toko Cat Selalu Ada Store Jabodetabek area when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Microsoft Office Savvy
• Ready to join ASAP
