Responsibilities : 

• Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team 
• Need to be able to sell Prioritize customer satisfaction

• Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers 
• Develop a relationship with existing and new customers 
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target 
• Controlling promote and offer the marketing promo 
• Controlling product stock availability
• Controlling product and display material is in good condition 
• Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines 
• Controlling online sales 

Qualifications :

• Maximum 28 years old 
• Having experience as a Retail Store Leader minimum for 1 year 
• Minimum S1 from all major Preferable from reputable university 
• Willing to work on holidays and full shift 
• Preferable minimum 1 year in retail watch business is a plus
