Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality and service standards are maintained.
- Organize work schedules and tasks of team members.
- Provide direction and motivation to staff to improve performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring friendly, efficient, and restaurant-standard service.
- Handle customer complaints well and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Manage restaurant inventory and stock efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventories and coordinate ordering.
- Monitor and manage the restaurant budget.
- Handle financial transactions and financial reports accurately.
- Know and understand food and beverage industry trends.
- Learn and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead the team by providing clear direction and empowering staff to achieve common goals.
- Make strategic decisions to improve restaurant performance.
- Report to Restaurant Manager
