AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Revenue Manager for AYANA Komodo. As a leading hospitality company, AYANA Hospitality is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests. AYANA Komodo is a luxurious resort located in the picturesque Komodo National Park, offering breathtaking views and world-class amenities.

As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by developing strategic pricing strategies and implementing effective revenue management practices. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. By utilizing data and analytics, you will provide recommendations for optimizing room rates, managing inventory, and implementing promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel revenue
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Analyze historical data and forecast future demand to determine room rates and inventory allocation
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns
  • Conduct regular analysis of key performance indicators to track revenue performance and make informed decisions
  • Utilize revenue management tools and systems to monitor and manage hotel rates
  • Provide training and support to the front office team on revenue management best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive results
