Job Description
- To manage and increase visitor spending within Cimory's parks.
- Responsible for planning tactics & strategies designed to encourage visitors to spend more money on-site, such as purchasing food and beverages, souvenir items, or additional attraction tickets.
- This involves data analysis, developing pricing strategies, inventory management, and staff training.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize in-park revenue spending, including food and beverage sales, merchandise, and additional attractions.
- Manage and optimize company revenue by analyzing sales data, market trends, and operational performance.
- Analyze visitor behavior and spending patterns to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotions and packages that drive in-park spending.
- Optimize pricing strategies for in-park offerings to enhance revenue generation without compromising guest satisfaction.
- Implement technology solutions to streamline payment processes and enhance guest experience.
- Train and supervise staff members responsible for in-park revenue operations.
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet revenue targets.
Requirements
- Excellent financial & data analysis skills
- Preferable bachelor of mathematics, actuarial science or engineering
- Preferably graduated from Top Indonesian University (ITB, UI & UGM)
- Ability to provide creative ideas and revenue booster program / initiative
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Placement : Hybrid (Head Office Jakarta & Cisarua)
