- Assist Construction Manager with the development of a work schedule including manage rigging/lifting materials, equipment, tools and manpower
- Supervise Rigging / Scaffolding Foreman activities to ensure work is technically correct and performed in a safe and cost effective manner
- Plans, schedule, execute and evaluate the day to day objectives based on planning.
- Develop JSA’s with effective hazard controls such that work progresses without incident.
- Proactively identify defects and register them via work requests in order to have an appropriate and prompt action
- Prepare & validate working permit in daily basis.
- Ensure availability small tools, equipment, and material.
- Ensure rigging gear in sufficient quality and quantity.
- Plan and conduct today’s work activities and review yesterday’s safety performance.
- Monitor and maintain Work Order (WO) to ensure Work Order information is processed.
- Provide leadership and direction to all Rigging Operations Team including monitor their performance in order to maintain and enhance team performance.
- Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process.
- Maintaining and implementing SHE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
Requirements
- Minimal Diploma with 5 years experiences in Rigging in construction area
- Good analytical supervisory skill
- Good communication in English
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
- Have Valid Rigging Certificate from (Disnaker/BNSP) is advantage
