Job Description
- Develop and Implement Credit Risk Strategy
- Establish Robust Policies and Procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in MSME lending.
- Develop and deploy risk assessment models and tools to evaluate customer creditworthiness and assess lending risks.
- Conduct & Perform Credit Portfolio Reviews by analyze-ing credit analyses conducted, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Periodic Monitoring and Review of Credit Risk Metrics
- Responsible in managing Credit Underwriting and Collections:
- Perform Regular Risk Assessments, stress tests to evaluate the impact of market conditions, economic factors, and regulatory changes on the credit portfolio.
