Runner Floor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of the dining area before service, ensuring tables are properly set and stocked with necessary items.
2. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to the appropriate tables.
3. Communicate effectively with servers to coordinate the serving of dishes and ensure guests' needs are met promptly.
4. Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of tables, promptly clearing used dishes and utensils to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
5. Provide assistance to guests as needed, including answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
7. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

8. Assist in other tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant.
