About us

Magenta Language Academy was established in 2007. Along the 15-year operations, we have transformed to become one of the most vibrant language training and official testing centers in the region. We currently have over 1,000 students studying various languages both online and face-to-face. We believe that language proficiency is the gateway to international opportunities. Therefore, we endeavor such opportunities to all of our students, and we take pride to have helped thousands of our successful graduates pursuing their study and career throughout major cities in Indonesia and overseas.

Qualifications & experience

• Min. Bachelor education focusing on Business or Marketing
• 1+ years of Marketing or Sales Experiences
• Professional communication skills through email and phone calls
• Strategic thinking
• Experience leading a team is considered a difinite asset
• A desire to mentor and support other is required for this role
• Have own vehicle
• Foreign nationals are welcome

Tasks & responsibilities

• Finding potential client and creating positive relationship
• Ensuring our brand is accurately represented in all sales communication (From sales lead to existing customer)
• Relaying customer insights and sales data to product team and operations to support product development
• Helping to set sales goals and monitoring progress, making improvements or adjustments when needed
• Delivery reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights
