- Help sales team on document gathering for sales purposes
- Contract preparation
- Prepare sales document for commercial purposes
- Create Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report
- Communicate with other divisions as intermediary
- Accompany sales team on sales meet (occassionaly)
- background admin kuat
- at least ada understanding mengenai keuangan
- bisa mengingat banyak informasi soalnya harus banyak remind team sales
- communication skillnya tinggi
- tech savy, at least ngerti microsoft office & google tools
- Bahasa inggris harus bisa
- Ada kemungkinan bisa ketemu client juga, harus mau keluar and mungkin sekali” pulang diluar jam kerja.
