- Handle administrative tasks.
- Input sales activities data
- Drafting sales and marketing material, such as presentations, product information and promotions, brochures, videos, and correspondence, while liaising with the marketing communications teams
- Handle the document filing.
- Conducting routine office tasks to ensure Sales Division departmental efficiency and coordination
- Make weekly and monthly sales data or as required by Head Division
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Fresh Grade are welcome
- Working 1 - 2 years experiences is preferable
- Previously worked in Securities / Banking Industry
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
