About The Company:

• The working venue is in Bekasi.
• Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Administration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making Inquiry, Quotation, Purchase order ＆ order confirmation.
• Making weekly sales reports from the system.
• Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery.
• Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer).
• Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer.
• Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00 in A accredited university.
• Has proper Excel skill.
• Conversational English skill.
• Has more than 2 years of Sales Admin/support experience.
• Business communication skills with common sense.
• Positive attitude towards work.
• Ambitious about work.
• Discipline in time.
• Have a sense of responsibility for one's work.
