- Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Making Inquiry, Quotation, Purchase order & order confirmation.
- Making weekly sales reports from the system.
- Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery.
- Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer).
- Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer.
- Control stock at warehouse and control stock forecast.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00 in A accredited university.
- Has proper Excel skill.
- Conversational English skill.
- Has more than 2 years of Sales Admin/support experience.
- Business communication skills with common sense.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Ambitious about work.
- Discipline in time.
- Have a sense of responsibility for one's work.
