esponsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. This role involves managing and leading a team of store associates, implementing operational procedures, and driving sales performance.
Job Task :
1. Customer Service:
· Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Train and coach the team on effective customer service techniques, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
2. Sales and Performance:
· Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
· Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for product placement, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
· Motivate and incentivize the team to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
3. Operational Excellence:
· Implement and enforce operational procedures, including opening and closing processes, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention measures.
· Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store layout, displays, and product presentation are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of promotions or campaigns.
4. Inventory Management:
· Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, stock replenishment, and regular cycle counts.
· Monitor product availability, identify stock discrepancies, and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues.
· Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts or overstocks.
5. Safety and Compliance:
· Maintain a safe and secure store environment by adhering to safety guidelines and implementing loss prevention measures.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
