SUMMARY POSITION :
The Sales Allocator will play a crucial role in product allocation and inventory management, ensuring optimal product availability in designated sales areas. The position requires a strategic mindset to analyze sales trends and collaborate together with all teams to make right decisions for effective product allocations.
KEY MEASURABLES :
1.Product Allocation Efficiency :
- Send product categories to stores based on launch time, sales trends, and display needs,
- Replenish store products according to sell-through rates,
- Consolidate products effectively considering sales, store requirements, and broken sizes, Ensure product delivery aligns with launch dates or significant events.
2.Inventory Optimization :
- Monitor and analyze the stores stock to meet the standard Month Cover.
3.Sales Performance Analysis:
- Ensure healthy growth in store sales in line with company guidelines.
4.Reporting :
- Provide a daily stores delivery plans,
- Provide a recap of the sales report every three times a week,
- Provide a weekly sales & stock review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Product Assignment and Allocation:
- Allocate products to stores,
- Replenish products to maintain inventory levels in stores,
- Transfer products between stores as needed.
2.Inventory Management :
- Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocks in stores,
- Organize incoming goods based on storage capacity in stores,
- Determine returns from stores,
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline distribution processes.
3.Sales Analysis :
- Analyze stock and sales data with sales team to develop allocation strategy.
4.Partner Relations and Team Coordination :
- Engage with stores team (external partner) to understand store preferences and needs,
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management or a related role,
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems,
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
- fluency in English is preferred.
