Description
- Increase company annual revenue through enlarging market share
- Lead team of Sales and Marketing and overseeing their work performance to ensure business goals are met
- Develop marketing strategies for products that consider customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends
- Determine pricing strategies for new products based on costs of production, research and development expenses, and profit margins
- Manage budgets, financial activities, and cash flow for the business unit
- Review reports on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
- Develop strategic plan for the business unit to support company goals
Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial role of pharmaceutical company
- Experience in handling ethical and OTC products
- Domestic and multinational company background are welcome
- Sharp commercial acumen, with strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
- Strong determination to drive Sales and do continuous market expansion
- Minimum bachelor's degree (master degree in Business or Marketing is preferred)
