Description

• Increase company annual revenue through enlarging market share
• Lead team of Sales and Marketing and overseeing their work performance to ensure business goals are met
• Develop marketing strategies for products that consider customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends
• Determine pricing strategies for new products based on costs of production, research and development expenses, and profit margins
• Manage budgets, financial activities, and cash flow for the business unit
• Review reports on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Develop strategic plan for the business unit to support company goals

Profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial role of pharmaceutical company
• Experience in handling ethical and OTC products
• Domestic and multinational company background are welcome
• Sharp commercial acumen, with strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
• Strong determination to drive Sales and do continuous market expansion
• Minimum bachelor's degree (master degree in Business or Marketing is preferred)
