Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.
- Coordinates the operations, ensures schedules and objectives are met.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources.
- Communicate with clients (Distributor and customer) also evaluate their needs and specification.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data.
- Drive recruitment process, training and development.
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 2 years of experience in handling MT and distributors in FMCG company.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to travel frequently.
