What awaits you :
- Manage the sales teams of assigned dealers – ensures the dealer’s sales organization is capable of achieving the set sales targets
- Ensures the dealer compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet web sites, and other sources.
- Supports dealers to make annual plans and monthly activities plans to achieve the sales targets assigned by the Management.
- Monitor the product knowledge of the dealer’s sales team.
- Implements and audits the dealer regarding BMW dealer standards.
- Advise the Management on the problems faced by dealers and recommend solutions for BMW to assist the dealers to achieve the sales target.
- To impart to dealers the BMW’s policy, concept, plans and procedures and make sure that they are all understood and followed.
- Manage the dealer sales funnel - old prospects, test drives to conversions to actual sales.
What you should bring along :
- Bachelor degree, from any major.
- 3 – 5 years experiences in sales and sales management functions in automotive business.
- Knowledge of car market, preferably luxury cars.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
