- Our client is a Japanese FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Area Supervisor.
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.
- Coordinates the operations, ensure schedules and objectives are met.
- Supervise and motivate staff.
- Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources.
- Communicate with clients (Distributor and customer) also evaluate their need and specification.
- Create reports, analyze, and interpret data.
- Drive recruitment process, training and development.
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
- Another task as assigned.
- Hold Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2 years of experience in handling MT and distributor.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to travelling frequently.
