Job Description:
- Responsible for sales and marketing of Electrical products (specifically Power Outlets/Light Switches), including team business development, sales training, and product placement in stores.
- Develop sales strategies, open new markets, understand competitors, sales activities, and area coverage to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, system integration, product demos, consultations, and solutions for customers.
- Identify potential customers, explore new business opportunities, and develop new markets.
- Build good communication and partnerships with stores (traditional channels), maintain good relationships, and increase sales to existing resellers, retailers, and master dealers. Innovate and develop ideas (programs) to achieve set work targets.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Professional experience of at least 5 (five) years in sales of Electrical products from reputable brands.
- Strong relationships with store owners/distributors/dealers selling Electrical products.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Flexibility to operate (travel on business/assignments) and make decisive decisions in complex environments.
- Strong self-motivation, competitiveness, goal-oriented, leadership, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication, presentation, sales, negotiation, and influential skills.
