JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing and controlling operation activities of local business at Bali branch.
Responsible for building and developing the freight forwarding business and developing and maintaining customer base and network. Identifying agents, new customers- importers and exporters at Indonesia.
Liaising with shipping line, custom broker and clients.
Reporting directly to Australia and Bali directors of the company.
Training and supporting local business staff.
Leading sales department to achieve the set sales target.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support. departments.
Communicate closely and report back to HQ team as per requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/ post-graduate
Minimum 2 years’ experience to at least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding industry and holding manager position for at least 1 year.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill.
Strong leadership, target & customer oriented, detail, initiative & communicative.
Have wide networking relationship with local and overseas.
Having good relationship with shipping lines, customs, agents and know all about custom documents and requirements.
Wiling to work during weekend and mobile
Required languages- Bahasa Indonesia, English or other foreign languages will be plus point.
Ready to commute to different places in Indonesia for liaising
