As a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products ad brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building l loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.

Job Description & Responsibility

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect
• Contribute to maintaining BIASA brand and operating standards to support brand consistency
• Assist with inventory control and achieve shrink objectives
• Nurture strong relationships with all clients
• Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety clients, colleagues and to protect our assets through appropriate care and handling of merchandise
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all product categories
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Drive & meet Sales requirements

What We Need

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication
• Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and is team-oriented
• knowledge of sales principles
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Maintains a polished and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Willingness to constantly broaden brand and product knowledge
• Basic administrative ability
• Understanding of luxury customer service
• Experience using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
