We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Consultant for placement in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
Membership Sales
- Actively engage with prospective clients, provide information about our yoga classes, packages, and benefits.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into paying members.
- Manage leads and follow up through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Client Relationship Management
- Greet and assist clients as they enter the studio, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Understand clients needs, goals, and preferences to recommend suitable classes and packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and retention.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data.
- Process membership transactions, handle payments, and assist with scheduling.
Sales Target
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the studio management.
- Consistently work towards achieving personal and team sales goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Executive / Business Development / Acquisition Executive, preferably experience in Fitness or Wellness industry.
- A genuine interest in yoga and wellness, with a willingness to learn and share its benefits with others.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, address inquiries, and convey information.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and studio events.
