Job Description:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Job Requirements:
- Have minimum SMU/Barchelor Degree of Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Experience minimum one year working with customer support or retail furniture.
- Must have pleasant, professionality, responsible and trustworthy.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Willing to work shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
- Placement: IDD PIK 2 / Dewi Sri, Bali
