Responsibilities
• Manage pipeline correctly and commitment• Boost Control and Signaling product, pipeline and opportunity• Menage customer engagement and relationship at all level• Understand customer application and provide solution as customer need• Promote products/solution to new and existing customers• Explore/conquest new customer and able to classify and analysis customer business• Maintain positive business and customer relationships• Develop/create strategies for customers action plan and clear execution• Prioritize customer concerns to increase client satisfaction for customer service• Internal collaboration and working with team
Requirements
• Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven• Have min. 5 years experience manage diffuse market and business• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion• Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM• Understand Automation product and solution• Ability to create and deliver customer presentations• Flexible work hours• Understand business management skills and leadership skill• Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
