SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

In the role of Sales Division Head - our client ( one of the world's leading manufacturers of paints and coatings) is looking for someone who will be responsible in Distributor management across East Jawa and Sulawesi regions.

Monitoring, improving and developing different dealer and distributor. Monitor and develop sales collection across channels for the area.

Liasoning with dealers, distributors, contractors and maintenance companies to drive sales, evaluate new business opportunities, analyzing competitor development.

Market activation and development. Marketing and Brand Management and Employee Development

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Qualification Preferably Senior Manager specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent.
  • Having experience in Building Materials Industry
  • Willing to be placed in Central Java
