Uraian Tugas

  • Maintain Highspot environment, ensuring that content is up-to-date
  • Work with Sales Enablement team to ensure that sellers (especially new sellers) understand where materials are, how to access the marketing calendar
  • Work with Sales Enablement to schedule information sessions for each sales team to review planned marketing activities for their accounts, and for Solution Marketing to present latest assets, customer stories, messaging
  • Amenable to work following the US Shift (8 PM - 5 AM PHT) on a hybrid work set-up
  • Has a stable internet connection of at least 25 mbps

Meminta

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 5+ years of minimum overall work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with at least 1 year managing a sales enablement team
  • Experience with B2B sales, development, and implementation of enablement programs, and a bias for action and speed
  • Experience building, implementing, and improving processes and operations as business scales
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, such as HighSpot or Seismic
