Responsibilities:
As a Sales End User Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding the unique needs of our clients and delivering tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users to understand their requirements, preferences, and challenges.
- Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
- Solution Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs. Recommend solutions that best meet the customer's objectives.
- Customer Support: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on End User engagement. preferably in Safety Equipment / Power Tools / Industrial
- Familiarity with selling product Safety Equipment, Power Tools, Industrial Machine or relate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product features.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 25-35 years old.
