- Maintaining prospect customers especially top management and C-Suite, conduct research on customer business and visit the customer.
- Maintaining healthy business relationship with all existing clients by close coordination with them, advising management for taking required actions to keep clients satisfied with work of company, ensure good relationship with existing clients.
- Handling customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party (sales, technician, engineer).
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years experience in the field industrial product.
- Have good communication skill, make proposals & presentation.
- Can drive a car and have driving license.
- Willing to travel.
- Placement in Manado - North Sulawesi.
