- Have a strong ability to manage and develop a team (SPO and SPR)
- have the ability to read market situations, mapping area coverage
- Ensure all of our products be well distributed in all of area coverage
- able to making a report weekly and monthly (sales achievement, market situation, price comparation, Numeric distribution plan,etc)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- preferably has experience in maintain multi distributor, handle sales retail segment and modern trade segment.
