Job Description :
• Maintain customer base and find new customers
• Achieve sales goals stated by Company
• Develop and update monthly sales forecasts of customers
• Propose internally new collections based on market trends, client information, and feedback.
• Constant commercial visits to clients & potential clients.
• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, track sales data, and works to meet sales team goals
• Expanding group portfolio through strategic alliances
• Best commissions in the market and credit autonomy for sales
Requirements :
• Candidates should have experience as Sales (preferably door-to-door at least 2 years)
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales – Fragrance, soap, laundry, candle, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries or shampoo industry.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Sales Skills, and Microsoft Office
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Placement according to domicile (all area Indonesia)
