Uraian Tugas

Job Description :

  • Maintain customer base and find new customers
  • Achieve sales goals stated by Company
  • Develop and update monthly sales forecasts of customers
  • Propose internally new collections based on market trends, client information, and feedback.
  • Constant commercial visits to clients & potential clients.
  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, tracks sales data, and works to meet sales team goals
  • Expanding group portfolio through strategic alliances
  • Best commissions in the market and credit autonomy for sales

Requirements :

  • Candidates should have experience in Sales (preferably door-to-door at least 2 years)
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales – Fragrance, soap, laundry, candle, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries, or shampoo industry.
  • Required language: Bahasa Indonesia
  • Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Sales Skill, and Microsoft Office
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Placement can be according to domicile
