Uraian Tugas

Job Description:
Maintain customer base and find new customers
Achieve sales goals stated by Company
Develop and update monthly sales forecasts of customers
Propose internally new collections based on market trends, client information, and feedback.
Constant commercial visits to clients & potential clients.
Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, tracks sales data, and works to meet sales team goals
Expanding group portfolio through strategic alliances
Best commissions in the market and credit autonomy for sales
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in Sales (preferably door-to-door at least 2 years)
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales – Fragrance, soap, laundry, candle, cosmetics, cleaning products, toiletries, or shampoo industry.
Required language: Bahasa Indonesia
Required Skill(s): Communication Skill, Sales Skill, and Microsoft Office
Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving
Placement can be according to domicile
