Responsibility :
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support (B2B)
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction
- Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer reports and new customers on-boarded reports
- Initiate sales activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility
- Making contact with prospective customers that have zero history of interaction with a brand or business
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- More than 3 years working experience as Sales Coordinator/Supervisor/Leader or similar position (Horeca Industry)
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Have adaptability skills and follow the trend
- Highly motivated and always up for challenges
