Requirement

• Age 23-35 years old
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in management/ PR/ equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Tele-marketing field
• Independent, able to work in a team and highly motivated
• Have knowledge in PO process flow & Basic knowledge in mechanical or electrical products
• Have medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word)
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and good time management
• Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
• Able to communicate and write in English is an advantage
• Willing to work in Cikarang

The job desks are:

• Call and follow up customers based on quotation
• Response to Inbound call/email from customers
• Responsible in getting customer's information, inquiries, and incoming projects
• Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems
• Product promotion to related customers
• New customer activation task
• Maintain customer's relationship
