Arandra Apartment is an apartment property owned by KPN Corp, located in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.

Job Description:

1. Develop and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
2. Conduct in-depth market research and identify lucrative property opportunities.
3. Craft compelling presentations and marketing materials that showcase the unique value proposition of our high-end properties.
4. Conduct personalized property tours, expertly navigating client needs and preferences.
5. Negotiate and close complex transactions with poise and professionalism.
6. Build strong networks and partnerships within the luxury community.
7. Utilize data and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Maintain a polished and professional image that reflects the prestige of our brand.

Qualifications:

1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree (any major).
2. Minimum 3 years of proven success in selling high-end products, ideally in real estate, luxury goods, or automobiles.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affluent clientele.
4. Proficiency in CRM and other relevant sales software.
5. A passion for architecture, design, and the finer things in life.
