Sales Intern (Paid)

Bookandlink is a hospitality software company based in Bali and is currently scouting for a Sales Intern (PAID)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team and complete all allocated tasks.
• Assist the sales team in sending the contract agreement
• Assist the sales team in responding to inbound inquiries, emails and others.
• Attend and participate in meetings, events, and gatherings.
• Assist the sales team in preparing event needs.
• Good relations with clients and partners.
• Update sales documents, sales reports, and sales records.

• Located in Bali and able to commute to our office.
• English speaking (Conversational Level).
• A sales, marketing, business, or similar degree may be required.
• Able to use Google Workspace (Sheet, Docs, Slides etc).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

You'll have an advantage if you have points as follows:

• English speaking (Professional Level)
• Ability to use Vlookup, Hlookup, and Pivots.
• Superb interpersonal skills with strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• A professional looks appearance.
